  • mySurvey we use email address as login name, so please make sure your email is correct (Examples: JSmith@gmail.com, John.Smith@gmail.com ).You can use "check availablity!" to check if your email address/login name has been taken.
  • You will recieve a notification email from your given email address above nce you have complete mySurvey Sign Up.

To create an account,click the [Join Now for Free!]. After you log in, you can start to design your own survey without any cost!! click the [Create Survey ] button to create a survey.
